Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using BlogThree ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Platform.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Platform, including but not limited to content creators, NFT collectors, and general users.

By using blockchain features, you acknowledge the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions and accept the associated risks.

Description of Services
BlogThree provides a blockchain-powered content creation and monetization platform that enables:
- Creation and minting of content as Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs)
- Buying, selling, and trading of content NFTs
- Cryptocurrency payments via Ethereum and Bitcoin
- Content storage on decentralized IPFS networks
- Smart contract-based royalty distribution
- Community features and social interactions
The Platform acts as an interface to blockchain networks but does not control the underlying blockchain protocols.

Account Terms
3.1 Account Creation
To access certain features, you must create an account and connect a Web3 wallet. You must:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Be at least 18 years old or the legal age in your jurisdiction
- Maintain the security of your account and wallet
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
3.2 Wallet Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your cryptocurrency wallet and private keys. BlogThree cannot recover lost wallet access.

Content Rights & Licensing
4.1 Your Content
You retain ownership of content you create and mint on BlogThree. By minting content as an NFT, you grant:
- NFT purchasers the rights specified in the NFT metadata
- BlogThree a license to display and promote your content
- The blockchain network permanent storage rights
4.2 Copyright Policy
You must own or have rights to all content you upload. Copyright infringement will result in content removal and potential account termination.

NFT Specific Terms
5.1 NFT Nature
NFTs on BlogThree are:
- Unique digital assets on the blockchain
- Subject to smart contract terms
- Transferable according to blockchain rules
- Not securities or financial instruments
5.2 Gas Fees
Users are responsible for blockchain transaction fees ("gas fees"). These fees go to network validators, not BlogThree.
⚠️ Risk Warning
NFT values can be volatile. Purchase NFTs for their utility and enjoyment, not as investments.

Payment Terms
6.1 Platform Fees
BlogThree charges a 15% platform fee on:
- NFT primary sales
- Secondary market transactions
- Tips and donations
6.2 Payment Methods
Accepted payment methods include:
- Ethereum (ETH)
- Bitcoin (BTC)
- Credit/debit cards (converted to crypto)
- PayPal (converted to crypto)
6.3 Refunds
Due to the nature of blockchain transactions, all sales are final. Refunds are not available for completed transactions.

Prohibited Uses
You may not use BlogThree to:
- Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Engage in fraud or money laundering
- Manipulate markets or engage in wash trading
- Distribute malware or conduct phishing
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Harass or harm other users
- Attempt to hack or disrupt the Platform
🚫 Zero Tolerance
Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.

Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- BlogThree provides the platform "as is" without warranties
- We are not liable for blockchain network issues
- We are not liable for lost private keys or wallet access
- We are not liable for NFT value fluctuations
- Our total liability is limited to platform fees collected from you
